Why doesn't bol.com issue invoices for me?+
Only the actual seller can issue the invoice and remit VAT. Bol.com is a marketplace, which is why we handle the automated invoicing as an official partner.
Can I create invoices for older orders?+
Yes. We fetch the last 30 days automatically. For older orders we fill in the missing data so you maintain a complete archive.
